What utilities are included in rent?
The monthly rent amount includes electricity, water, sewer, and trash!
What utilities does the resident pay for?
The only utility the residents are responsible for is internet – which is optional!
What is your pet policy, including fees and breed restrictions?
Virata allows a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. For each pet, we require a $300 refundable pet deposit and $50 monthly pet rent. The following breeds are not permitted in our community: Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, and Wolf-Hybrids.
